YOGA SERIES THREE

FINDING YOUR FEET

This 75min class focuses on grounding down into the earth to create strength and stability. Learn how to use the feet and legs effectively for more power and control.

 

You will feel different parts of the lower body wake up through the flow and are guaranteed to learn something new and take some of that knowledge with you into other practices. With creative sequencing and fun transitions this class is one you will be back to revisit again and again.

FEELING YOUR HIPS

This class will literally have you feeling your hips throughout the practice. With intent focus on the glutes and hip flexors this is a great sequence for both strengthening and opening the hips.

 

A great balancing practice for the back body and buttocks if you tend to be front body dominant. This sequence is super fun and unique and one that I personally practice often (and don’t seem to ever get sick of!).
