spend some time challenging your normal movement patterns and playing with different ranges of motion.

CONNECTION TO CORE

Discover the deep connection between the pelvis, the core

and the legs. Learn throughout the practice how to effectively open the front of the hip and create space in the low back through the connection to your core.

 

This class is full of knowledge, funky variations and

many challenges along the way.

BREATHING INTO
BACKBENDS

Gently lengthen and open into backbends using both breath

and mindfulness. Learn how to create more space in the

upper back while the arms are overhead before moving

into a variety of backbends.

This class will truly leave your shoulders feeling open and free.

A great class even for those of you who don’t love back bending!

JOURNEY TO INVERSIONS

Prep every part of the body in this well rounded fire practice leading to handstand, forearm balance and headstand.

Get plenty of tips and tricks for your inversions along the way

(as well as upside down play time) and learn the work

required to master your inversions.
