ARMS AND INVERSIONS
A 90 minute practice focusing on how the stabilise the shoulders when the arms are overhead. So crucial for training inversions and mastering your handstand and forearm stand. Enjoy some creative block work to both strengthen and open the shoulders as well as a lot of inversion play!

Free your body and breath with this meditative flow and be left feeling both energised and relaxed. This 75 minute vinyasa is a great practice for when you want to experience that feeling of flow. Learn a creative sequence of poses that will move your body in all directions & some fun opportunities for inversions also offered along the way.

Connect to the magic of breath and movement in this 75 minute flow class. Focus on flowing through a creative sequence with some tricky transitions and be challenged to keep your breath and movement in unison. Options for several inversions along the way including handstand, pincha, headstand and even some press handstand play.
A class that will make you work hard but leave you feeling relaxed.
TWISTING INTO CENTRE
This 60 minute flow class will focus on the art of the spinal twist. We will explore ways to stabilise the pelvis in different twisting postures (in order to bring the twist deeper into the spine) and gain all the detoxing benefits of wringing out the torso.
A refreshing practice that will both excite and challenge you.
